Connor Good
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Prior to Earl&, Connor worked at Alvarez & Marsal within the Financial Restructuring, Corporate Finance, and Investment Banking team. Connor advised companies and lending syndicates on several recent high-profile, cross-border, and Canadian restructurings, maximizing recovery and value in complex situations through distressed M&A, asset realization, and strategic advisory. Connor graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
William Watters, CPA
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Prior to Earl&, William was a member of the Royal Bank of Canada’s Corporate Development team, where he supported the execution of inorganic growth initiatives (M&A and divestitures) globally. Prior, William was in Financial Advisory at Deloitte, where he worked in Mid-Market Investment Banking, M&A Transaction Services, Valuations, and Dispute Advisory. William is a Chartered Professional Accountant and graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.
Connor Winters
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Prior to Earl&, Connor worked at Fulcrum Technology Holdings on the Investment team and in various operational roles with Fulcrum IT Partners. During his time at Fulcrum, Connor was involved with sourcing and executing acquisitions, capital raising, and operational growth initiatives, helping the company reach $1B in revenue within five years. Connor graduated from the Smith School of Business and has a degree in Computer Science from Queen’s University.
